We want you to love your new fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all LilyStudio garment tags and security seals are intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
